What a fantastic Saturday surprise. High energy, friendly delivery of our Rona order by 2 of the amazing Airdale team. They brought it into the back yard for us as we are both recovering from injuries. Great with our dogs and incredible attitude. We will be calling them directly in future for moving needs. I had a wonderful experience with this company. My delivery came more quickly than I anticipated so I wasn't at the house. They called my phone to let me know what time they would be arriving. I was at work and wasn't able to answer the phone so the delivery staff, named Eric, took the time to find a spot at the side of the house, close to the back yard fence and angled the package so it couldn't be seen from the street.
We had cedar trees delivered today the two gentlemen that drop it off were very kind and professional. They put all the trees in the back yard and did it quick. Would recommend them anytime. Thank you Home Depot for hiring very professional delivery service.

We had a fireplace from Rona delivered and they went above and beyond what any “typical” delivery person would do. They unloaded the fireplace, asked where to put it and hand moved it to where I needed it. In fact even asked if we wanted it placed where we were putting it. Service above and beyond.
Great service. Very affordable and extremely professional. I was receiving regular text updates on the status of the cargo. Both pick up and drop off was executed flawlessly. The drivers even offered more help than was promised. A+ from me.
